2106 belongs to one model of our production of NPCC for Plastic (PE/PP), it is applied in the shoe industry.
Nano calcium carbonate is also called super fine calcium carbonate，it is a new fine solid power material developed in the 1980s，its particle size is between 10~120 nano meters. Compared with traditional calcium carbonate power, nano calcium carbonate is super fine and has more excellent characters of unique surface effect, volume effect and quanta effect.
To improve the products’ tenacity and intensity: It can significantly increase plastic’s rigidity and tenacity to make the products become better with more stable characteristics on size.
To improve the products’ gloss and trans-parentness and decrease perfusion amount during the process of putting plastic into the mould, usually more volume of plastic need to supply in case some flows out from the edge of the mould.
To reduce the cost: Under the similar condition, its filling volume is more than 30-50 times than the general active calcium carbonate’s. Therefore it can effectively lower the cost with its better distribution quality.
Application：It can be applied in varied modified plastic made from polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, acraldehyde-butadiene-styrene as well as chloridized polyethylene, and it can also be applied in some small parts on the fields of producing plastic mixed steel window, pipe materials, electrical wire skin, cable skin, refrigeratory, electrical fans and air conditions.
